EXCHANGE POLICY


At GLAMHOP, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day exchange under the following conditions.
7-Day Exchange
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Eligibility
Your product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Be free from stains, perfumes, damage, or alterations.
Include the original invoice or order confirmation.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Charges
A ₹49 exchange processing fee will be charged per exchange request.
Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your location.
Exchange is Available For
Size exchange.
Defective or damaged product received.
Wrong product received.
Exchange is Not Available For
Used or washed products.
Products without original tags.
Damage caused after delivery.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at support@glamhop.in or contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Order ID
Your Name
Reason for Exchange
Photos (if applicable)
Our support team will assist you with the exchange process.
Important Note
We do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
GLAMHOP reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
